Dr. Prof. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah is Senior Consultant Colorectal Surgeon and Head of the Apollo Institute of Colorectal Surgery at Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. With over 20 years of international surgical practice, he is a premier expert in robotic and laparoscopic colorectal oncology, peritoneal surface malignancies, and pelvic floor disorders. He holds multiple Royal College fellowships (UK) and an FEBS certification.
Dr. Prof. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah is an internationally acclaimed academic surgeon specializing in colorectal oncology, proctology, and complex pelvic surgery. As Senior Consultant Colorectal Surgeon and Lead at Apollo Institute of Colorectal Surgery in Bangalore, he brings over 20 years of clinical experience across India and the UK.
His surgical focus covers precision laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for colon, rectal, anal, and appendiceal cancers, along with cytoreductive procedures for peritoneal malignancies, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Dr. Srinivasaiah completed his MBBS from Bangalore University, followed by DNB and an MD in Academic Surgery. He trained extensively in the UK, obtaining MRCS memberships across all four Royal Colleges (England, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dublin) and earning his intercollegiate FRCS in General Surgery.
