Dr. Aman Gupta is a highly accomplished urologist, robotic surgeon, and renal transplant specialist with over two decades of surgical practice. His clinical work spans high-volume transplant centers where he has contributed to over 1,500 successful kidney transplants, including live donor, cadaveric, ABO-incompatible, and pediatric transplants.

Dr. Gupta's core specialties include robotic radical prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, laser prostate surgery (GreenLight & Holmium), retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) for renal stones, and advanced reconstructive urology.

Education & Qualifications

Dr. Gupta graduated with his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad. He secured All India Rank 1 in the entrance examination and completed his super-specialty M.Ch. in Urology and Kidney Transplantation from IPGMER, SSKM Hospital, Kolkata, where he also secured top honors in the exit exam.

He completed specialized fellowships at IKDRC Ahmedabad and received robotic surgery credentials (MINT) from Harvard Medical School, alongside becoming a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Clinical Experience & Impact

In addition to serving as Head of Kidney Transplantation and Unit Director across premier Indian medical centers, Dr. Gupta has actively surgical mentored and operated in multiple international regions, including East Africa and Central Asia. He is an active advocate for minimally invasive and organ-sparing robotic urological surgeries.
