Dr. Soin spent 11 years at AIIMS, New Delhi, earning his MBBS and MS degrees with top honors.
He spent 5 years in the UK specializing in liver surgery, earning FRCS credentials from both Glasgow and Edinburgh Royal Colleges, along with research fellowships at Cambridge University.
Dr. Soin performed India's first successful cadaveric liver transplant (1998), first successful live donor left lobe transplant (1999), and first combined liver-kidney transplant (1999).
