Welcome to India-healthcare.org (“Platform”), operated by India Healthcare (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Gurugram, Haryana Delhi NCR-based organization promoting Digital Continuing Medical Education (CME), Online Out Patients Department (OPD) camp, and medical Tourism By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. ​

These Terms form a binding contract. We may update them; continued use implies acceptance.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent to use services like OPD bookings or CME registrations. Provide accurate info during lead forms; we reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

Permitted Use

Use the Platform for lawful purposes: browsing medical tourism info, enrolling in Digital CME, accessing OPD directories, or submitting leads. Prohibited: unauthorized scraping, spam, false info, infringing IP, or disrupting services.

Commercial use requires written permission.

Medical Tourism, CME, and OPD Services

Platform facilitates leads/connections; we do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Tourism partners handle bookings—verify independently. CME credits depend on partner accreditation; OPD is informational only. Liability limited to service fees paid.

Intellectual Property

Content (text, images, videos on healthcare) is our property or licensed. Fair use permitted; no reproduction without consent. User submissions grant us non-exclusive license for promotion.

Third-Party Links and Ads

Links to partners (hospitals, Google/Meta ads) are not endorsed. Ad interactions follow their terms; we earn commissions on qualified leads.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Platform provided “as is.” No warranties for accuracy, especially medical info—consult professionals.

Termination

We may terminate access for breaches without notice. Upon termination, obligations survive.

Governing Law

Terms governed by Indian laws; disputes in Gurugram, Haryana courts. Severability applies
